Finding local insurance agents

July 9th 2010 07:04
I know that coping with your fandom (aka anime and manga) is very important to you, but what's the point of not invest something that can protect you and your loved one (this can also be your anime and manga collection) if you don't have any insurance to back you up. Now, I know that I sound very serious about it but even if you don't need an insurance right now, you definitely need to think about it.

I know that this subject is pretty daunting to some people as there are so many info about insurance and you probably don't even understand a single thing about insurance (even I do). I'm not going to think so much about the technical jargon, so I just make it simple for any people to understand this. But then again, where to look for? Local Insurance might be the answer for you.

Local insurance

This website however is only meant for those who live in US (and apparently I don't) so if you live in US, you can always go and check this website. You can also narrow down your search based on your location to find the quote. Do note that location based insurance such as California insurance and New York insurance might have different policies and quotes.

This website will definitely beneficial to you if you're searching for business insurance. I am not sure myself about what kind of insurance is business insurance but I believe that LocalInsurance business insurance rates might give you an idea how much do you need to invest for your business insurance. The best part about it is you just have to fill in the particulars and they will help you to find the best deal for your business insurance. Isn't it great because you don't have to find the deal yourself.

If you have a business, you definitely need to get an insurance to protect your business. Same goes to other people as well because everybody needs insurance to protect themselves unless you're filthy rich. If you already have your own personal insurance, this is good but for those of you who don't, you'd better start thinking about it now.

Kaichou wa Maid-sama anime review

July 3rd 2010 13:13
Kaichou wa Maid-sama is an anime adpated from the manga with the name Maid-sama. This anime is expected to have 26 episodes altogether.

Kaichou wa Maid-sama, anime

Genres: comedy, romance

Themes: maid, school

Synopsis: Misaki Ayuzawa is the first female student council president at a once all boys school turned co-ed. She rules the school with strict discipline demeanor. But she has a secret, she works at a maid cafe due to her families circumstances. One day the popular A student and notorious heart breaker Takumi Usui finds out her secret and makes a deal with her to keep it hush from the school in exchange for spending some time with him.

Comment:

The reason why I'm watching this anime is partially because of Heidi. I just happened to love their song which leads me to watch this anime in the first place. My other reason of watching this anime because it tells you about working in maid cafe or what people called it as "meido kissa".

As usual, shoujo anime tends to have a pretty straightforward storyline so it isn't so hard to understand the whole plot (and you can guess it as well, lol). The storyline somehow reminds me of Ouran High School Host Club where in this anime, Haruhi is hiding the truth that she's actually a girl but she's wearing male uniform in school. Even the maid cafe also has its own specific theme during a certain time just like in Ouran. However, unlike in Ouran, Kaichou wa Maid-sama doesn't just focus only in the maid cafe itself so you can say that the storyline for this anime has another focus - Misaki as a school president.

Of course, what makes this anime is a lot more hilarious is the existence of Usui. I kinda like him because he's kinda stoic. Also, it seems that he's everywhere! I'd really like to know myself whether is he a stalker. The way he speaks is monotone and the way he answers every single questions can be freaky as well. But then again, I think he's the only main character in shoujo anime that has that kind of personality. Probably there are some other guys that have that kind of personality but I think I don't remember any of the character that is even close to Usui.

Another thing that I noticed in this anime is the chibi form. I have no idea what do you actually call that but all characters have their own chibi form, just like you've always seen in Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge and Kimi ni Todoke.

Kaichou wa Maid-sama, anime

Overall, this anime has a random storyline but it's perfectly fine with me considering that this is a comedic anime. Since this anime has a random storyline, it turns out to be really hilarious. I have no idea how this anime will end but this is another anime that I highly recommend watching not because of Heidi or Usui, but simply because it has a great storyline.

Ookiku Furikabutte - Natsu no Taikai-hen is the continuation of the previous season for Ookiku Furikabutte. You can read the review for Ookiku Furikabutte here.

Comment:

I was very happy to hear that there'll be the continuation of Ookiku Furikabutte since the last season ends in a terrible way. But then again, the second season might repeat the history again because this anime only has 13 episodes altogether unless I might have missed something.

Ookiku Furikabutte Natsu no Taikaihen, anime

When it comes to storyline, the storyline doesn't seem to have much different with the previous season other than some new characters that I doubt I would remember their names. It's not that their names are difficult to remember, it's just that they don't really have any distinctive characteristic that makes you remember them. In other words, the storyline is almost purely about baseball and of course, a little bit about Mihashi. Even so, Mihashi still remains the same just like in previous season. I know I shouldn't be saying this because it'll become a spoiler, but if you're wondering about his improvement, then I can say he has improved a little bit. In what way he has improved a lot, you should find out yourself.

Even though I have watched quite a few sports anime such as Eyeshield 21 and Slam Dunk, I think this anime might be the only anime that I have watched where they seem to communicate via telepathy. It's usually the conversation within themselves so you wouldn't here a normal conversation that much. It's not a bad thing actually but it can be very heavy especially if you can't seem to figure out their strategies.

Ookiku Furikabutte Natsu no Taikaihen, anime

Overall, this anime is only meant for those who really love baseball (which is a major sports in Japan) and also for those who have watched the previous season. I don't know why, I love sports anime but this anime doesn't have the kind of suspense like the one in Eyeshield 21. You can still watch this anime, with one condition you know what baseball is all about.

If you're like me, I'm always searching for any anime or manga that I find interesting. Of course, this also includes spending and these things don't come cheap. If you've been watching anime and read manga all your life, you know that it can be hard to find deals that can actually save money. So if you're looking for a place that tells you all sorts of perfect deal for you, then you may want to check savings.com
