Comment:

To be honest, I have never thought that the second season turns out to be more interesting than the first season. What makes it even more interesting is because there are a few new characters that appeared in the second season. Of course, the twist in the storyline makes it even more interesting.

I know it may sounds like a spoiler to those who have not watched the second season yet, but the second season is all about the love war between Kazumi and Shana, friendship, ambition and resolution. Yes, that's a lot of elements focused in this anime but that's what making this anime fascinating.

Shakugan no Shana II, anime

Since Shakugan no Shana III Final is on air when I'm writing this, I highly suggest you to watch the second season because the third season will relate back to the second season. I can't seem to convey it well for this anime but I really am honest that the second season is awesome, far better than the first one.

Even though I don't fancy the first season, it is still recommended to watch because it will help you to understand better for the second and the third season.

Usagi Drop anime review

October 29th 2011 12:07
Usagi Drop is an anime adopted from the manga with the same title. This anime is also available as a live action too.

Usagi Drop, anime

Genres: comedy, drama

To be honest, the reason why I was attracted to watch this anime in the first place is the storyline. Yes, a 70 year old man has an affair and he had a child from that younger lover. How interesting. The fact that a 70 year old man can still make a woman pregnant. That is lovely.

Okay, I'll stop that. As much as I find that the 70 year old man is still strong enough to make a woman pregnant, I just have to say that the storyline for this anime is very interesting. What's so interesting about this anime is it gives you a sneak peak on how people raise their children in Japan.

Usagi Drop, anime

Well, I am a noob when it comes to child raising (I don't have a child so how should I know), but I think this anime by itself can give you a brief idea on what you should know when it comes to raising a child.

Usagi Drop, anime

The part that really touches me the most when every single person that Daikichi met is willing to sacrifice their job as long as they can spend more time with their children. Sacrifice here would mean that they would settle for the fixed hour job rather than a job that requires them to do overtime. Well, this anime shows us a lot that you don't need to sacrifice everything including your career. It is tough but just like what Daikichi did, he managed to do it so he can spend more time with Rin.

Usagi Drop, anime

I really wish that this anime would be longer because this is indeed an interesting anime to watch. Whatever it is, I just hope there will be another season for Usagi Drop. Whether you're interested with family life or not, I highly recommend you to watch this anime not just because of its interesting storyline (a 70 year old man with a younger lover), but it has so many episodes filled with lessons that we can learn.

Steins Gate anime review

August 27th 2011 07:22
Another anime that I'm currently watching. This anime is still ongoing when this review is written.

Steins Gate, anime

Genres: comedy, drama, psychological, science fiction

Theme: Time travel

Synopsis: Steins;Gate is about a group of friends who have customized their microwave into a device that can send text messages to the past. As they perform different experiments, an organization named SERN who has been doing their own research on time travel tracks them down and now the characters have to find a way to avoid being captured by them.

Comment:

This anime is indeed hilarious! Well, this anime certainly does have comedic element, but what I find it funny about this anime is the main character. He just have...a wild imagination until up to the point that I think that he might have a schizophrenic, lol.

Steins Gate, anime

Now, let's just move on to the storyline. When I watched the first episode, I didn't really get much what is this anime is all about. However, when I watch the second episode, everything seems to be clear and I managed to get the hang of it from the third episode onward. The storyline itself is very interesting and really got me so hooked to it so easily.

Steins Gate, anime

Just like any sci-fi anime, you won't understand anything at all if you missed one of the episode. But trust me, you'll be so glued to this anime because this anime has a lot of mysteries to be unraveled. I haven't watched until the latest episode yet, but I have to say that the plot is getting interesting in each and every episode.

Steins Gate, anime

The subject about time machine is nothing new but I find that this anime has a different way of approaching this subject in a casual and "mad" way. Also, Dr. Pepper is booming thanks to this anime, lol. This anime is indeed for those who love complex storyline, but if you want something that has a different twist, this anime can be a good entertainment for you.

So, what do you think about this anime? Do you love it?
