Garasu no Kantai (also known as Glass Fleet in English) is an anime produced by Gonzo Animation. This anime consists of 26 episodes altogether.

Synopsis: The People's Army led by Michel stands against Vetti's newly founded empire. Upon seeing how strong the Glass Battleship is, Michel tries to get Cleo, the captain of the Glass Battleship, to help People's Army overthrow Vetti's empire. And together they fight against Vetti's empire.

Comment: From the synopsis, you can guess that it's basically about war anime but it's a totally in different environment. This war occurs in the space so this is not the usual war anime. The storyline evelopment is very slow but it gives you time to absorb what sort of conflict they have without giving too many details. The storyline details are nicely done making you understand the storyline better. As the storyline progressed, the story becomes complicated so you have to pay attention because the plot has becomes even more twisted than before. Some of the parts in this anime isn't meant for children so watch this with caution because this anime is fulls with violence. Overall, I really love this anime not just because it was made by Gonzo but the storyline is great and the character designs are awesome. Give this anime a try if you love anime with complex storyline.
