Ginyuu Mokushiroku Meine Liebe is an anime which is also adapted into manga with different title and storyline. This anime consists of 13 episodes altogether.

Synopsis: In Kuchen, an island off the edge of Europe, there exists an elite boarding school: The Rosenstolz Academy. Meine Liebe explores the lives of five students who are Strahl (or scholars who aid in protecting the kingdom) candidates.

To be honest with you, I'm watching this anime for the wrong reason. Obviously, the reason has nothing to do with the fact that there are so many good looking guys in this anime. I'll tell you the reason when I'll post the sequel of this anime review, Ginyuu Mokushiroku Meine Liebe Wieder (yes, there is a sequel to this anime).
The storyline is pretty much straightforward with what basically is Strahl and who are the Strahl students. Each and every single Strahl students have all sorts of past and what makes them similar is they're coming from rich family. As much as the storyline is concerned, the plot development is only involving the Strahl students and guess what, you barely see any girl characters involved other than they're squealing over Strahl students.
Since Strahl students are the scholars who will protect the kingdom, obviously the storyline is all about politics. There are barely any jokes cracked here, so I must say that the storyline is pretty much intense to some people. I admit it myself that the storyline is pretty dry all the time but still, the political issue presented in this anime is similar with the political situation in reality.
Honestly, this anime is totally guy-centric so if you're looking for hot chicks involvement, then this anime is certainly not for you. Girls might enjoy this anime because there are so many good looking guys but I doubt girls will love this kind of story as it's not something that girls will love.
Overall, this anime is a good anime because the storyline is easy to understand in the beginning. However, as the political issues are involved, it may take sometimes for you to grasp the story and at the same time the story will make you feel dull. Watch this anime if you love intense storyline with lots of political drama.
