Level E is an anime adapted from the manga with similar title. The manga is created by Yoshihiro Togashi.
Genres: action, comedy, drama, psychological, science fiction, thriller
Themes: aliens, space
Synopsis: Tsutsui Yukitaka is a freshman who moved out of his parents home to live on his own. Hoping to pursue a baseball team position at the new High School he's attending. When he arrived at his new apartment however, he discovered that someone else was already inside. A young man who claims to be an alien and is suffering from amnesia.

When I read the synopsis, I thought that the storyline will only revolved around Yukitaka and the oji-sama. However, after watching a few episodes, it doesn't look that way. After the oji-sama messed up Yukitaka's life, he just went on his own journey to do some other stuff that is still leading to prank and fun. So, you can say that after Yukitaka's story, the storyline is kinda random.
Even though the storyline is random, that doesn't mean that storyline becomes boring after that. Some of the random episodes are rather funny so the random story isn't so bad after all. But the episodes which showed Color Rangers are actually boring in my opinion. Other than that, the rest of the random stories are fun to watch especially when the oji-sama makes fun of his own bodyguards.
Since this anime has a lot of random episodes, these random episodes are more or less connected to the first few episodes and it will summed it up in the final episode. The ending isn't so bad, it's just that I'm surprised that this anime is short (it only have 13 episodes).
This anime is definitely a must-watch because it has all of the crazy antiques that you may not find in any anime. I love this anime very much but too bad that it's rather short. I wish that there'll be a continuation of this anime.
