Come to think about it, I still remember that my friend and I wished that there will be the third season of Natsume Yuujin-chou. Back then, we were talking about Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei having another continuation called Goku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei and wished that Natsume Yuujin-chou will follow suit as well.
Even though we had that kind of conversation roughly 2 years ago, I was glad that our wish has come true with Natsume Yuujin-chou San. I really am happy because Natsume Yuujin-chou is one of my favorite anime.
Even though it was only just 2 years ago since Zoku Natsume Yuujin-chou, I felt that I haven't watched this anime for ages. When I see other human characters that Natsume had made friends with, I was completely forgotten since when Natsume had became close with them.
You may think that this anime is only meant to be watched from the first season, but if you just started watching this anime, you don't have to worry so much because this anime does include a general idea what this anime is all about. For those of you who are familiar with what this anime is all about, then it's only just a trip to memory lane.
The storyline is pretty much the same like the previous seasons so I would say there's nothing particularly new about this anime. Somehow, this is normal for any supernatural anime to have a same plot in every season. But then again, I think this is one of the anime that seems to have many seasons unlike some of other supernatural animeI wish there is a second season for Mushishi.
Overall, this anime is a pure love regardless of the fact there is nothing new in this anime. I know that watching supernatural anime can be tad scary sometimes but trust me, Natsume Yuujin-chou doesn't have that kind of spooky feeling but only have a heartwarming feeling. This is why I love this anime so much because this is the one and only anime that I felt so heartwarming. So people, please give this anime a try.
