Rio - Rainbow Gate! is an anime adapted from game maker Tecmo's pachinko slot machine Super Black Jack. This anime has 13 episodes altogether.

Theme: ecchi, gambling
Synopsis: The Howard Resort, a resort hotel which draws custom from around the world with the lure of the possibility of winning a fortune.
Within the resort is a casino. One of its dealers is the beautiful Rio Rollins, following in the footsteps of her famous mother. To achieve her goal, she is working to gather together the legendary Gate card-set. For the person who gathers all 13 Gates is bestowed the title Most Valuable Casino Dealer.

You must be thinking that I'm out of my mind for watching ecchi anime. To tell you the truth, I didn't know that it's actually an ecchi anime. I just read the anime preview in Anime News Network and I thought maybe I should watch this anime because the storyline doesn't sound ecchi to me. So, this is my reason for watching this anime in the first place, not because it's an ecchi anime.
Now, let's have a look at the storyline first. The storyline is actually very simple and you can easily summarized what is this anime is all about even by just watching the first episode. As you can see here, the main attraction to this anime is the ecchi stuffs, not the storyline. So, people who have a pea size brain can understand the anime's storyline too.
To tell you the truth, I only watch the first episode of this anime and I just give up half way. I didn't even watch the second episode because this anime has 80% ecchi stuff. Since this anime has 80% (or maybe more) ecchi stuff, this is certainly not the right anime for minors. Please don't taint their innocement mind with anime like this.
Quality-wise, this anime is indeed have a good picture quality but if storyline is what you're after, this is certainly not the anime for you. This is the reason why I only watch one episode and vow to never watch this anime again because this anime has more ecchi than you can handle. If you love ecchi, be sure to have this anime in your collection.
