When I read the synopsis for this anime, it doesn't really excite me that much at first because it sounds like the typical horror story. Well, that is until I watched the first episode. The first episode really shows a lot of things that I find it gross at first because it shows you the corpses that was left for almost a week! I totally forgot how long is the duration but it sounds like they died for so long and nobody knows that they were dead.
When I just watched the first episode of this anime, it does sounds like the typical horror movie where people died one by one but nobody knows what is the actual cause of the death. This is the time where you'll hear a lot of medical terms especially when Toshio is making an analysis about the cause of the illness. Don't worry so much about the medical terms because those terms will only stick with this anime only just a few moment.
Honestly, I have never known that I'll be so hooked with this anime because this anime seems to have a lot of mysteries going on, and the worst part is it ends at the critical, important point of the storyline. That is usually the case in every single anime I've watched, but somehow I think this is the reason why I'm always waiting for the latest episode every week because this anime is amazing.
Some part of the storyline tends to be slightly spooky so if you don't like those spooky stuff, it's better for you to avoid this anime. Also, the anime itself has a very complex storyline so it is definitely not for those who prefer simpler and laidback storyline.
Honestly, I'm mot a fan of horror anime but I do enjoy watching this anime. This might have a lot to do with the storyline but I would say it does not have all those explicit content. In my case, I think I kinda guess what will happen next but this is still indeed a fun anime to watch. This is an anime that you definitely have to watch.
